Coating of metal constructions

1. The simplest solution for coloring building metal constructions and radio-broadcasting towers, operated in conditions С1, С2, С3 (ISO 12944) is to use primer coating.
The principal advantages of these materials are:
1) the ability to combine the operation of priming and painting, as these materials are both a primer and coating, coloring in a wide rang of colors;
2) materials have a high dry residue (total volatile content of 15-20%), which allow application of single layer coating of a given thickness and reduce the emissions of the solvent during the painting works.
3) The Coating cured by natural (craft) temperatures with the required level of protective properties.
4) The Coating has excellent chemical resistance to oils, gasoline, fertilizer, and high resistance to abrasion and shocks.
For the mechanically buffed surface preparation St2 and old coatings.
